I had a great experience with Top Tier Plumbing. I needed to have kitchen sink faucet and drain installed late on a Friday. I discovered that I did not have proper venting. Top Tier corrected the problem. Their work was clean and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with this company. Rudy was our plumber and he advised us the sink was draining slowly due to the old garbage disposal being gunked up and clogged. The battery on the disposal was also giving out so we opted for replacement. After replacement we had no issues with the sink draining and the disposal runs perfectly. The dishwasher drainage hose was bent in half and every time we ran the dishwasher it would spray out of the air gap trap up by the faucet and completely flood the counters even spilling onto the floors. It would also leak underneath the sink. A new bendy drainage hose was installed and Rudy made sure all the seals were secure in the piping under the sink. We ran the dishwasher to be sure and had zero leaks up top and underneath the sink. After the first visit the leaking was better, but not 100% resolved, but the owner Nathan was gracious and had Rudy come back next day to completely resolve the issue. The connections for our sink/disposal/dishwasher were a bit odd and tough to get set up correctly, but they made it happen. Price was reasonable considering all the work they did. These guys are amazing! Frank, Chris, and Nathan! I’m a single working mom and life is challenging to say the least. I needed a big job done and Top Tier took exceptional care of me. My financing fell through because my divorce wasn’t yet finalized and they were so empathetic and understanding! They still did the job while I figured it out! In the midst of all of this my water heater went out…. Chris and Nathan decided to provide and install the water heater at NO additional cost to me! They said “We can’t have you and your daughters without hot water!’ I have never in my life come across a business that truly cares for their customers the way that Top Tier Plumbing does! These men are incredible human beings that deserve all of the blessings! They genuinely care about their customers and community! Thank you Nathan, Chris, and Frank! Customer for LIFE 💜🙏

Needed some additional work done. Frank arrived on time and provided very courteous professional service. Work was completed efficiently and clean up was great. This is an excellent company with consistently good service. Office was very helpful in setting up the appt. They have a great notification system with Information on the repairman. Josh was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. His work was perfect. Definitely would use their services again. Highly recommend.

First class operation. These guys replaced 3 toilets for my mom in an afternoon including new angle stops and supply lines. They left no mess or trace that they were ever there. Mom is never happy with anyone that does anything for her. She had zero complaints and only praised them for the professionalism and quality. Top Tier is exactly what you get with these guys!! After getting price quote after price quote on a water heater, some of the guys would just look at it from 20 feet away and quote an insane quote. But not Top Tier, they took the time to go over everything and really made me feel valued. And when the installers came to replace the water heater, um WOW!! Not was it fast but they were friendly and extremely efficient. I usually fix things on my own but for now on I'm just gonna give Top Tier a call, I know I'll get great customer service and Top Tier work. Thank you so much for all your expertise and hard work.

Awesome service made quick and easy! I needed a kitchen faucet installed so I inquired via Yelp. I contacted Top Tier and they scheduled a tech to come out for an estimate the same day. After agreeing on the cost of installation, Rudy was able to perform the install right then and there. Rudy was professional, knowledgeable and checked multiple times to ensure the install was done correctly and had no leaks whatsoever.
